SHIPPING METHODS

Courier

Our courier assists clients with national and international services. All international services need to be quoted for. For security purposes, third party courier collections are only allowed under strict conditions.

Courier Options

We have a variety of courier options available during checkout. Select your preferred option and the courier amount will display and be immediately added to your order total. Road freight is the most economical option available. Delivery time frame:

  •  Standard: 48-72 hours, within major centers
  • Gauteng: 99% delivery the following day. Standard road freight rates still apply,

Insurance cover is available on check out and is optional although recommended. If insurance cover is not selected the transaction will be considered complete and ownership will be transferred to the buyer upon courier collection. If insurance cover is declined, risk of the purchase will transfer to the buyer upon collection. We advise our clients to take insurance cover when third party couriers are used.

Collection

Our clients are welcome to collect their mannequins at our premises or send someone to collect on their behalf. Third party courier collections are allowed only under strict conditions. An email with our business address will be sent once an order to collect has been received. Alternatively, contact Leon on +27 82 775 1912 to schedule collections.
